Job Nature: Full Time

Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, following best practices and design principles.
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
4. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and technical constraints, and ensure successful implementation of designs.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges.

Salary Range 

● Negotiable for appropriate candidates
